FAQ

Are our pieces 100% solid gold or gold plated?

INCANTO L.A. is committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery at affordable prices. Therefore, we only use the highest gold plating processes available today. All of our pieces are PVD plated in 18k gold over 5 times, making our pieces last longer and shine brighter than any other gold plated piece you may have previously owned.

Will the gold plating on our pieces fade over time?

All pieces are gold PVD plated over 5 times to ensure that the plating does not wear off over time. With proper care, our jewellery is expected to last 2 years. For more information on how to take proper care of your jewellery, you may visit our Craftsmanship & Maintenance page

Will I be able to shower without our pieces fading or changing colour?

Incanto pieces are not 100% solid gold and therefore must be carefully maintained by avoiding harsh conditions. Although our 5 times gold PVD plating process is the best around, we suggest you to NOT wear our jewellery pieces when you are showering, bathing, swimming, or during sports in order to prolong the lifetime of your jewellery. 

In the rare case that your jewellery piece does start to fade or change colour, please Contact Us immediately so we can help replace or exchange your piece of equal or lesser value. 

Does INCANTO L.A. offer a lifetime guarantee?

We are committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (ie: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage). If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

INCANTO L.A. Shipping Policy

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Your order will be shipped:

  • Free Australian Domestic Shipping, By regular post
  • Delivered within 3-5 business days of your purchase
  • Tracking number provided

INTERNATIONAL

Our standard charge is free.

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 14 working days. Sometimes a shipment may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.

This postage charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by the country where the order originated. You are responsible for payment of these charges. 

ORDERING

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Whilst we work hard to ensure all orders are sent out within 24 hours, however during busy periods i.e launches, sales, Christmas etc, this may be extended to 48 hours. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at incanto.losangeles@gmail.com

If an order needs to be changed or canceled after being processed, please contact us immediately via email. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email incanto.losangeles@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it much easier for couriers to deliver to the correct location. 

Parcels which are rejected by the receiver or have an incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender. On the instance that this may happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

 

CURRENCY

All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in ($AUD) Australian Dollars. We offer an automatic currency converter on the site for international customers.

 

Are there other costs associated with international orders?

 

Yes. International orders can attract additional costs which vary by country.

  • You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes imposed by your country’s relevant Customs team or similar authority.
  • You must pay these duties before they will release your package for delivery.
  • You should be contacted by your local authority when the package arrives in your country.
  • Please check these costs prior to purchasing as some countries have particularly high rates.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please contact our customer service team prior to returning the pieces. Once confirmed, please include a hard copy of this form in your return package or email us with the form filled.

If there is no returns form in your package please email incanto.losangeles@gmail.com or send us a Facebook Message or Instagram DM with your order name and number.

Please ensure you post back your return with traceable service as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

No refund or exchange will be approved until the item(s)’s condition has been verified by our customer service team.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
